Arthur Gaspar established A.H. Gaspar, Jeweler in 1981 in the exclusive enclave of Montecito a suburb of Santa Barbara.

With a graduate gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America and Certified Jeweler from the American Gem Society as well as a member, Art is very selective in his purchases for his international and national clientele.

You will find everything from diamonds, precious gemstones, platinum and gold to critically acclaimed designers such as Alex Sepkus, Stephen Webster, Mark Patterson, Annie Fensterstock, Todd Reed, Pascal Lacroix and more.
